By accessing or using Solo Transportation (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. The Platform is operated by Smartly Digital LLC ("we", "us", or "our").
Solo Transportation provides an online marketplace where individuals in the Tampa, FL area can browse, list, and connect regarding the sale of used motor vehicles. We provide listing and communication tools only.
You are responsible for the accuracy of any information you submit, including listing details, photos, and contact information. You must have the legal right to sell any vehicle you list and must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
All sales, negotiations, payments, title transfers, and vehicle inspections occur directly between buyers and sellers. Solo Transportation is not a party to any transaction and does not guarantee the condition, ownership, or legality of any vehicle listed.
We are not a licensed motor vehicle dealer, broker, or escrow agent. We do not take possession of vehicles, hold funds, provide financing, or offer warranties. Any agreement you enter into is solely between you and the other party.
Some features may require you to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You may not post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings; impersonate others; scrape or harvest data from the Platform; interfere with its operation; or use the Platform for any unlawful purpose. We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion.
The Platform, including its design, branding, and software, is owned by Smartly Digital LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute Platform content without our written permission.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Smartly Digital LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transaction between users. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
